One connected workspace for safe-water project monitoring—from field data capture and analysis to evidence-ready reporting and VVB review, supporting the Gold Standard monitoring cycle
Safewater dMRV helps project teams collect, review, analyse and package monitoring-period information. VVBs can access the supporting records and documentation needed for their review, with evidence linked back to source data.
Use the Android field app for household surveys, water-quality tests, volumetric readings and geo-linked photo evidence—even where connectivity is limited.
Review records, flag anomalies and work from approved data for survey, water-quality and volumetric analysis, emission-reduction calculations and SDG indicators.
Assemble the monitoring report and supporting documents, share evidence with VVBs, and track documentation and review through the verification workflow.
Keep each stage connected to the records and evidence behind it—rather than rebuilding the story at reporting time.
Field surveys, water tests, volumetric readings and photos.
Review records, flag anomalies and approve data for analysis.
Explore performance, water quality, volumes, ERs and SDG indicators.
Compile monitoring-period results and supporting documents.
Give verifiers access to the report, source evidence and document package.
Run projects through their lifecycle, review field data, see analysis as it is approved, and keep the audit trail that a verifier will ask for.
Each project shows its lifecycle stage (planning → design certification → monitoring review → performance review → credit issuance), its monitoring periods MP1–MP5, and every borehole on the map.
Collect field data however it already exists for your project — guided surveys on the Android app, records you already hold in CSV or Excel, or a direct connection to the instruments and systems already deployed in the field.
Guided household, water-quality and volumetric surveys on Android, online or offline.
Bring in records you already hold, instead of re-entering them by hand.
Connect flowmeters and other field sensors directly to the platform.
Pull data in from other survey tools your team already uses.
Every household, water-quality and volumetric record moves through approve, reject and flag before it reaches analysis. Anomaly rules catch incorrect entries and duplicates early, so what gets analysed is clean — and strict anomaly checking is itself evidence of data quality a VVB can rely on, supporting stronger credit quality.
Survey analysis, water-quality analysis and volumetric analysis show village-level and borehole-level results, and can be exported as CSV.
Photographs are filed by category (borehole sites, grievance booklets, hygiene campaigns, water-quality tests, flowmeter records, LSC meetings, rehabilitation work, training sessions). Every image is stamped with the project's ID and the upload date.
Project access is granted by name, and every upload, review, deletion and access change is written to a searchable audit trail.
The Android app gives enumerators a guided survey on the phone. Entries are saved on the device and sent when the connection returns, so a dead signal at the village pump does not lose a household's answers.
Emission-reduction and SDG calculations are built from the approved data in the period, and the monitoring report and VVB package are assembled from the same source, so every figure can be traced back to the record that produced it.
A config-driven calculation engine turns building counts, baseline data and a few project-specific variables into emission reductions — recalculated instantly at the click of a button, with every step of the formula visible as an interactive trace.
Each SDG indicator the project contributes to is calculated from approved monitoring data, with a one-click source trace showing exactly which records and formulas produced the number.
The period's report is assembled from its sections — executive summary, borehole performance, water-quality results, emission reductions, SDG metrics and stakeholder engagement — and marked ready when each section is complete.
Replace the back-and-forth of email threads and shared drives with one document portal. The verifier's full deliverable set — 33 required documents plus the VVB feedback exchange — lives in one place, where eligible reports are auto-generated rather than assembled by hand, and each document is verified and tick-marked by the VVB so submission readiness is clear at a glance.
Six roles, and a per-project allow-list on top. A viewer on one project cannot see another project's records, even if the role would normally allow it.

Each client runs in its own secure, isolated environment — a dedicated database and file store that never mixes with another client's data, encrypted in transit, with data-privacy compliance (GDPR-aligned) built in from the start. Branding and the mobile app are tailored to you.
Tailored to your needs.
Interface, terminology and photo watermark styled for your organisation.
Isolated per-client data, encrypted in transit, GDPR-aligned handling throughout.
An Android build for each client, installed from an APK.
Start with one project and a few enumerators, then add projects and users.
We can set up a pilot instance with your project structure, forms and users, and walk your team through the field app and the office portal.
